With the gyms STILL being closed where I live in California, I am seriously having withdrawals from group exercise classes. I kind of anticipated missing the social aspect but I also miss the fun and energetic atmosphere—especially the music. Instructors would put together great playlists with songs I’d never heard before along with ‘staple’ workout songs that would motivate me to take it up a notch.
In the spirit of keeping (individual) workouts enjoyable and challenging, I wanted to create a holiday playlist with energetic, upbeat songs to keep me going.
